How to Eat Fast Food without Facing Its Side-Effect
Fast food is the number one choice for America people, according to this Google map, there are close to 50,000 fast food chains across the United States. And nowadays those famous brands like Mcdonalds, KFC, Swensens, are being established their chains more and more in most of Asian countries.
Spending a busy life everyday in this high-tech century, people need cleverness to manage their time; most of them prefer taking a hasty eating in fast food places than doing busy cooking in their own house. Nevertheless, as this activity provides many benefits to them, it also comes up with some side-effects that catch many attentions of researchers to take actions toward this problem, and their recommendation still eating vegetable and fruit is the best.
Even so, this recommendation seems not so satisfy some group of people, who enjoy so much with their social life. They hang out, have fun, attend all friend parties, where are the world of fast food.
So for my own experience and include with some of my general knowledge, I would like to give you some good trips for eating fast food without facing many harms.
- Don’t order the double sizes food: while looking on the menu to find your favorite food, you should remind that the biggest sizes or the double sizes have the most fat, calories, sugar and sodium, which all that can affect badly to your health and also your slim body.
- Order only fresh fruit juice or pure water: It is also important to include drinking in your prevention. Drinking fresh fruit juice such as orange juice, lemon juice and can be also drinking tea or pure water is one way to reduce some amount of calories, sugar, and sodium that have in most kinds of fast food.

- Reducing the use of sauces: It really helps when you choose not to use a lot of sauces like mayonnaise, tartar sauce, some spreads or salad dressing that have so much fat and calories. So if you eat your fast food together with lot amount of any sauces, your will get extra amount of calories and fat as well.
- Avoid eating some kind of fried food: There are many kinds of fast food, whatever you like, but please careful with the kind of fried food as it is the most dangerous food that you should prevent. However in the case that you can not avoid from eating it, you can easily remove the skin or the surface of that food, which is usually covered by the batter mix flour, and eat freely only the meat inside.
- No dessert: after finish eating, people usually order some more of sweet thing like chocolate, cake, or even some ice-cream to eat as their dessert without knowing this can lead them to the serious problem, which need them to spend many long hours to burn all that calories away by doing exercise.
After sharing all this information, I hope you can feel free to eat fast food. And remember not all fast foods are unhealthy; it is only depend on your smart choice.
