It contains nutritive value including vitamin A, B, C, Calcium, Phosphorus, Protein and the most is calories about 66%. Eating mango often is effective for health, protection and supports your body anti many diseases. Here is some heath benefits of mangoes:


-High in antioxidant. The rich of antioxidants in mango or others foods is effectiveness to people who are high cholesterol and having blood pressure disease, which able to lower their levels by eating it on a regular basis.

-High in iron for pregnant women and people who have problem with iron deficiency which is called anemia. It would also benefit from the high of iron offered in mango, in case of women need to increase of iron after they lose during menstruation.
